Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if an item is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud.
Every piece is made to order. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours; after that they're in production. See Returns & Exchanges.
Pricing & payment
Prices are set in US dollars. If you're shopping from outside the US, prices may display in your local currency, converted at the prevailing rate — the amount charged may differ slightly from the figure shown.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Products
Our pieces are printed to order, so slight variation in print placement, colour and garment tone between items is normal and isn't a defect. Screen colours vary by device. Our fits run oversized — check the size guide on each product page.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, photography and copy on this site belong to 91SOUL / Trend Pulse Marketing LLC. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without written permission.
Our donation pledge
We donate 10% of profits to The Jed Foundation. This is a commitment by 91SOUL; it doesn't make your purchase a charitable donation and isn't tax-deductible for you.
Not medical or crisis support
91SOUL talks openly about mental health, but we are a clothing brand — nothing on this site is medical advice or a crisis service. If you or someone you know needs help, contact your local mental health line or emergency services.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Nothing here removes consumer rights you hold under the law of your own country.
