Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every 91SOUL piece is made to order — printed and sewn once you place your order, not pulled off a shelf.

  • Production: 2–3 business days before your order ships.
  • Delivery: typically 3–7 business days in the US, 7–20 business days internationally, after production.
  • Worldwide shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
  • Free shipping on orders over $150.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Changes & Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email 91soulmedia@gmail.com with your order number and what you need changed — size, address, or a full cancellation.

After 24 hours your order has gone into production and can no longer be changed, cancelled or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

This is the exception, and it always will be. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it free of charge or refund it in full.

Email 91soulmedia@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the shipping label. You won't be asked to ship a misprint back.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel isn't with you, contact us within 30 days and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, incomplete, or went unclaimed, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.

Sizing

Our pieces run oversized. Size guides are on every product page — please check them before ordering, because we can't accept a return for the wrong size after the 24-hour window.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law of your own country. Customers in the EU and UK keep their statutory cancellation and conformity rights, which may apply in addition to the terms above.
