Shipping Policy

Every 91SOUL piece is made to order. Once you place your order it goes into production and ships within 2–3 business days. We ship worldwide.

Delivery times

• United States: roughly 3–7 business days after production.
• International: roughly 7–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Shipping costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and what's in your cart. Orders over $150 ship free.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address at checkout. You can correct it within 24 hours of ordering by emailing 91soulmedia@gmail.com. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or goes unclaimed, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.

Changes & cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that they're in production and can't be changed, cancelled or refunded. See Returns & Exchanges.
